Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy is a broad term that includes many forms of treatment that help improve mental health issues. It involves talking and reflecting on oneself, relationships, and your inner experiences. Psychotherapy has a long history of evidence that has shown it to be very effective in helping to resolve problems, reduce distress, and decrease symptoms for a wide variety of disorders or personal stressors. You can expect to have a series of recurring sessions with your therapist in order to get the benefits of psychotherapy.

On your first session, you will have an Initial Evaluation in which you will be asked about the problems that brought you to therapy, your personal history, experiences, and relationships.
